Route 1027 Pleasantville Road Slide Remediation Next Week in Harrison Township

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing the closure of a portion of Pleasantville Road (Route 1027) in Harrison Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, May 1 weather permitting.

Slide repair requiring the closure of a portion of Pleasantville Road will begin at 7 a.m. Monday morning. The road will close to through traffic between Burtner Road and Keystone Street continuously through Thursday evening, Mary 4. Crews will conduct slide remediation, shoulder repairs, and drainage work. Traffic will be detoured.

  • Follow Pleasantville Road to Carlisle Street

  • Turn right onto Carlisle Street

  • Turn left onto Alabama Avenue

  • Turn left onto Freeport Road

  • Turn left onto Burtner Road

  • Follow Burtner Road back to Pleasantville Road

  • End detour

North of the Closure

  • Same detour in the opposite direction
