PennDOT Announces Early Reopening of the Lottsville Niobe Road Bridge in Freehold Township, Warren County

The bridge that carries A Lottsville Niobe Road (Route 4015) over Mill Creek in Freehold Township, Warren County reopened yesterday, nearly a month ahead of schedule.

The bridge that carries A Lottsville Niobe Road (Route 4015) over Mill Creek in Freehold Township, Warren County reopened yesterday, nearly a month ahead of schedule.

Repairs to the bridge, which is located on Lottsville Niobe Road (Route 4015) between the intersection with Stillwater Road and the intersection with Huntley Road, started in early July 2025. 

Work included replacing the upper portion of the bridge, known as the superstructure, including new beams, barriers, and deck. The project also included minimal paving on each side of the bridge, updated drainage, and shoulder backup.

The concrete bridge was built in 1987. Approximately 200 vehicles a day use the bridge, on average.

The contractor was Horizon Construction of Seneca, PA. The contract cost is $1,555,000 which is to be paid entirely with federal funds.
