Bridge closed following inspection; PennDOT is assessing the situation
Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a bridge on Safe Harbor Road (Route 3017) in Lancaster County is closed due to deterioration discovered during a recent inspection. The bridge spans Witmer Run on the north side of the intersection with Witmer Road in Manor Township.
A detour is in place using River Road and Letort Road.
PennDOT is assessing the situation and determining a repair plan.
