King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on Hanover Street in North Coventry Township, Chester County, beginning Tuesday, October 10.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Tuesday, October 10, through Friday, October 27, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Hanover Street will be closed and detoured weekdays between Route 724 (Schuylkill Road) and River Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use King Street, Route 100 (Pottstown Pike), and Route 724 (Schuylkill Road).
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
