King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Aqua Pennsylvania will be performing water main construction on two state highways in Haverford and Radnor townships, Delaware County, beginning Monday, June 17.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, June 17, through Friday, June 28, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Haverford Road in both directions at the intersection with Landover Road.
- Monday, June 17, through Friday, November 29, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a closure is scheduled on Landover Road between Gaynor Road and Haverford Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Haverford Road, College Avenue, and Coopertown Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
