Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane restriction on Route 15 in both directions between the Sebring Exit (mile marker 165) in Liberty Township and Blossburg Exit (mile marker 172) in Hamilton Township, Tioga County, due to a jackknifed tractor trailer.
Motorists can expect the right (passing) lane to be restricted in both directions. Both lanes are anticipated to be open in a few hours. Motorists should check 511PA for the latest updates.
