Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a bridge inspection project on Route 61(Market Street) in the City of Sunbury is scheduled for this week.
Tomorrow, Thursday, July 6, 2023, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) contractor, SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc., will be inspecting the bridge that spans Shamokin Creek between Highland Avenue and Green Street.
Motorists can expect a single lane restriction controlled by flaggers. Work will be performed between the hours of 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert and drive with caution in the area.
