Traffic Signal at Hyde Intersection Set to Flash Until Wednesday

Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) alerted Clearfield area motorists that the traffic signal controller at the intersection of Routes 879 and 1001 (Washington Avenue) in Lawrence Township has failed and that the signal is set to flash until a new controller can be installed. The township has ordered a new signal controller and anticipates having the intersection fully operational on Wednesday, December 24.

PennDOT urges drivers traveling through the Hyde intersection to exercise caution until the new controller is installed.
