Route 3035 Weyman Road Bridge Reopened in Whitehall Borough

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing the reopening of the bridge that carries Weyman Road (Route 4070) over Saw Mill Run in Whitehall Borough, Allegheny County occurred Monday, December 18.

The Weyman Road bridge reopened to traffic at approximately 2:30 p.m. Monday. The bridge was closed to traffic beginning in late July as crews conducted the replacement of the existing structure with a box culvert, approach roadway reconstruction, and waterline replacement work.

Miscellaneous construction work will continue through the spring of 2024. Traffic restrictions are anticipated to be minimal.

The prime contractor on this $1.74 million project is Allison Park Contractors.
