Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing bridge inspection activities on I-279 (Parkway North) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Tuesday through Thursday, May 28-30 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur on I-279 below the North Avenue, Tripoli Street and East Street Bridges according to the following schedule:

Northbound from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day

Southbound from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day
Crews from the Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. and the Pittsburgh Rigging Company will conduct the inspections.
