Preservation on Boyers Bridge in Marion Township, Butler County Begins July 26

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing alternating lane closures on Boyers Bridge in Marion Township, Butler County.

There will be single lane closures with flagging June 26 through 27, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM as crews apply an epoxy overlay to the bridge deck.  An epoxy overlay is a sealant designed to preserve, rehabilitate, or repair the underlying surface.

In the event of inclement weather, the work may be extended to July 28.

Mekis Construction Corporation of Fenelton, PA will be completing this $91,000 project.
