Postponed - Replacement of Wayne Avenue and Carter Avenue Structures Continues in White Township/Indiana Borough, Indiana County

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the box culvert setting on Wayne Avenue over Marsh Run Wayne and Carter Avenues in White Township/Indiana Borough, Indiana County will be postponed.  Once a new date is finalized, updated information will be shared.

Originally announced to occur on July 12, 2024, a new date will be scheduled prior to the end of July.

The $11.9 million project is estimated to be completed in October 2024 by contractor, HRI, Inc. of State College.
