North 4th Road and Old Route 119 Resurfacing Project Begins July 10 in White Township/Indiana Borough, Indiana County

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a resurfacing project on North 4th Road (State Route 4005) and Old Route 119 (State Route 110) in White Township and Indiana Borough, Indiana County.

July 10 through 21, crews from HRI, Inc. of State College, PA will begin work to repave North 4th Road (State Route 4005) to Oakland Avenue between McGregor Avenue/North 4th Street (Old Route 119/State Route 110) to the State Route 110/US 119 on-ramp.

Milling of the roadway will take place the week of the July 10 with paving operations to take place the following week.

Traffic will be directed by flaggers and restricted to single lane.  Motorists should be alert to slowed traffic and potential delays.
