King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that milling and paving operations will occur this weekend on westbound Interstate 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) in Center City Philadelphia.
Weather permitting, motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- From 9:00 PM Friday, October 6, to 4:00 AM Monday, October 9, westbound I-76 will be reduced to a single lane between the South Street (Exit 346A) and Interstate 676 (Exit 344) interchanges.
Drivers are advised to use the alternate routes or allow extra time when traveling through work area because significant backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
