Montoursville, PA – A pipe replacement project is scheduled to take place next week on Route 4021 (Chapel Road) in Ridgebury Township, Bradford County.
Beginning Monday, September 25, 2023, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will close a portion of Chapel Road between the intersections with Wilcox Road (T-657) and Bluebird Road (T-328), while they replace deteriorating pipes.
A detour using Routes 4014 (Milan Road), 220, and 4018 (Wolcott Hollow Road) in Smithfield, Ulster, Athens, and Ridgebury townships will be in place while the work is being performed.
Work is expected to be completed on Friday, September 29, 2023, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, and expect delays in travel.
