Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing drilling operations are underway on Lovedale Road (Route 2010) in Lincoln Borough and Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through early June between Lincoln Boulevard and Liberty Way as crews from Armstrong Drilling conduct drilling operations. No work will occur on Monday, May 29.
