Paving for the Poverty Hill Bridge Project to Begin in Armstrong County

​Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 10 is announcing that the final milling and paving on the Poverty Hill Bridge Project in Rayburn Township, Armstrong County will occur on May 22, 23 and 28, 2024 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day. There will be alternating lane closures throughout the project in both the Northbound and Southbound lanes.  Work is weather dependent.

Pugliano Construction Co., Inc. of Pittsburgh is completing this $3.4 million project, which is anticipated to be completed in November 2024.
