Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a weekend work will restrict the southbound shoulder of the Interstate 83 (I-83) John Harris Memorial (South) Bridge spanning the Susquehanna River between Cumberland and Dauphin counties so repairs can be performed under the bridge.
Weather permitting, this work will be performed on Saturday, June 13, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The southbound I-83 right shoulder will be closed. Three travel lanes and all on/off ramps will remain open.
