Public Meeting and Plans Display for Route 160 Conemaugh River Culvert Replacement Project in Summerhill Township, Cambria County, scheduled for April 8

A traffic detour will be implemented

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is developing plans for Route 160 Conemaugh River Culvert Replacement Project in Summerhill Township, Cambria County. The project will include the replacement of the culvert with minimal roadway approach work.

During construction, current plans are for traffic to use a detour with accelerated bridge construction to allow the contractor full access to the bridge. Access will be maintained to Wilmore Heights Road from Route 160 to the north.

For those interested in learning more about this project, a public meeting and plans display is scheduled for Tuesday April 8, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Summerhill Township Building at 892 Main Street, Wilmore, Pa.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone having special needs or requiring special aid is asked to contact the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation prior to the meeting.
