    The project consisted of replacing the existing structure carrying Rochester Road (Route 4011) over Harts Run in Ross Township. The scope of work will also included roadway reconstruction at the bridge approaches, drainage and guiderail updates/upgrades, signing and pavement markings.

    Work included the following aspects: Removing existing pipe culvert and replacing with a new precast concrete box culvert; minor approach roadway reconstruction to tie into the new structure; acquisition of small areas of Right-of-Way, which are required to accommodate the new culvert.
