Bridge Maintenance Planned Next Week on Interstate 80 in Montour and Columbia Counties

Montoursville, PA – Bridge maintenance is planned next week on Interstate 80 in both directions in Montour and Columbia counties.

Between Tuesday, April 14 and Thursday, April 16, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be cleaning and sweeping the bridges on Interstate 80 between the Northumberland County line (mile marker 216) and the Luzerne County line (mile marker 247).  Drivers can expect alternating lane restrictions between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, weather permitting. 

Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
