Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing tree removal operations on Ben Avon Heights Road (Route 4021) in Kilbuck Township, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday and Thursday, September 27-28 weather permitting.
Crews from Fay-West Tree Management, Inc., in conjunction with Duquesne Light, will conduct tree removal work on Ben Avon Heights Road on Wednesday and Thursday. To allow the work to occur, Ben Avon Heights Road will close to traffic between Gass Road and Thornridge Road from 8 a.m. Wednesday continuously through 5 p.m. Thursday. All through traffic will be detoured via New Brighton Road, Union Road, and Gass Road.
