Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today there will be traffic restrictions starting tomorrow on Springwood Road (Route 2002) at the Interstate 83 bridge spanning the road in York Township, York County. The restrictions will be in place so field work can be performed for a future project to rehabilitate the I-83 bridge.
Weather permitting, the contractor will perform this work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday, June 16, through Friday, June 20. There will be lane and shoulder restrictions on Springwood Road during work hours.
Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
