3:45 PM Update: Route 11 is now open in Montour Township, Columbia County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 11 is closed in both directions between Division Street and Welliver Drive in Montour Township, Columbia County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using local roads is in place. Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.
