Montoursville, PA – Motorists in north central Pennsylvania are advised that line painting operations will begin next week on various roadways in the following counties: Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia and Montour.
Beginning on Sunday, July 13, 2025, the District Line Paint Crew will be painting lines Sundays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This project is expected to take approximately one month to complete, weather permitting.
If motorists encounter a slow-moving operation during this time, it could be line painting. Be patient, stay back, do not drive on the wet paint lines, and do not pass the trucks in the paint train. The paint truck will pull over periodically to allow traffic to pass.
