The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is developing plans for the Route 653 (Scullton Road) over Laurel Hill Creek Bridge Replacement Project in Somerset County.
Located seven miles west of Rockwood, the project will include replacement of the bridge, reconstruction of the Route 653 (Scullton Road) roadway on both approaches to the new bridge, and reconstruction of a portion of T-342 (McGuire Road). A detour will be implemented during construction.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed project.
