King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that signage and delineator installations will occur on U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) in Tullytown Borough, Bucks County, and Vincent Township, Chester County, under a project to install safety enhancements to improve travel and reduce high-speed crashes across the five-county Philadelphia region.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, May 8, through Friday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, periodic lane closures are scheduled on northbound U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) at the intersection with Levittown Parkway in Tullytown Borough, Bucks County; and
- Monday, May 8, through Friday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, periodic lane closures are scheduled on Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) between Black Horse Road and Cedar Lane in West Vincent Township, Chester County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Kuharchik Construction, Inc. of Exeter, is the general contractor on this $7.5 million project, which is financed with 100% federal funds.
