King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on southbound Route 252 (Bearhill Road) in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, beginning Monday, September 15.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, September 15, through Friday, October 3, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, southbound Route 252 (Bearhill Road) will be closed and detoured Mondays through Thursdays between Maple Ave and U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue). During the closure, motorists will be directed to follow the posted detour.
Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
