Dunmore, PA – Today, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Secretary Mike Carroll and local officials highlighted the Shapiro Administration’s work to reopen roads quickly and safely ahead of schedule after widespread flooding across northeastern Pennsylvania on July 14.
