Dunmore, PA – There will be rolling roadblocks on Interstate 81 northbound and southbound in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County, Monday, September 15 through Thursday, September 18 from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM to set beams for the Route 115 bridge project. Traffic will be stopped intermittently for approximately 15 minutes at a time to perform work. Motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route when possible.
