Route 119 McClure Kingview Road Interchange Project Begins in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing construction for the Route 119 McClure Kingview Road Interchange Project is scheduled to begin in Upper Tyrone and Bullskin townships, Fayette County, Monday, September 22.

Beginning Monday, September 22 daytime single-lane and shoulder restrictions are scheduled to occur intermittently in the project limits on Route 119, Mount Pleasant Road, Kingview Road, Crossroads Road, McClure Road and Kenidi Road to allow crews to perform tree cutting, mine grouting, water and sewer line relocations.

Crews from Plum Contracting will be reconstructing the interchange—an infrastructure investment of $53.9 million. Project information is available on PennDOT’s District 12 website under the Projects Near You and select Route 119 McClure/Kingview Interchange Project.

Construction is anticipated to last through 2028, pending weather and operational conditions.
