    Raised Pavement Marker Work Continues this Week in Allegheny County

    Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on various routes for raised pavement marker lens replacement work in Allegheny County will continue tonight, Tuesday, May 28 weather permitting.

    Single-lane mobile restrictions will occur in the following locations weeknights through Wednesday, June 5:

    Allegheny County

    • Business Loop 376 between the I-376 Moon/Cargo-Service (Exit 57) interchange in Moon Township and the I-376 Moon (Exit 50) interchange in Findlay Township from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

    • I-376 between Beaver County and I-79 in Robinson Township between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

    • I-79 between I-376 in Robinson Township and Washington County from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

    • I-279 (Parkway North) between I-79 in Franklin Park Borough and Route 28 in the City of Pittsburgh from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

    • Route 28 between I-279 in the City of Pittsburgh and the Blawnox (Exit 9) interchange in O’Hara Township between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

    • Route 19 between I-279 in the City of Pittsburgh and Butler County between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

    • Freeport Road (Route 1001) between Boyd Avenue in O’Hara Township and the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Harmar Township between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

    Green Acres Contracting will perform the work.

    Please use caution when traveling through the project corridors. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
