    Raccoon Creek Bridge  No. 23 is located in Burgettstown, Washington County. The project includes the replacement of the existing steel structure carrying Pittsburgh Street over Burgetts Fork. There will be minor roadway work, and the new structure will have approximately the same footprint as the existing structure with slightly wider traffic lanes and bridge length.
