King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that various maintenance activities are scheduled in Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester counties.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
Montgomery County
- Thursday, August 29, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the eastbound I-76 ramp to southbound U.S. 202 will be closed and detoured in Upper Merion Township for milling and paving. During the closure, motorists are directed to use the U.S. 422 West/Swedesford Road Interchange, Swedesford Road exit, left on Swedesford Road, and ramp to southbound U.S. 202.
- Thursday, August 29, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Ridge Valley Road will be closed between Allentown Road and Route 563 (Ridge Road) in West Rockhill Township for pipe replacement. During the closure motorists are directed to use Route 563 (Ridge Road), County Line Road, and Allentown Road.
- Wednesday, September 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Media Road will be closed between Pugh Road and Barren Road/5th Street in East Nottingham Township for pipe trench patching. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Pugh Road, Woods Road, and 5th Street.
- Thursday, September 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Old Kennett Pike will be closed between Bayard Road and Burnt Mill Road in Kennett Township for pipe replacement. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Burnt Mill Road, Norway Road, Woodward Road, and Bayard Road.
