Route 4028 Tippecanoe Road Closure to Begin Next Week in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of the closure on Route 4028 (Tippecanoe Road) between Crabapple Road and Route 51 (Pittsburgh Road) in Franklin Township, Fayette County. Work will begin on Monday, April 3 and will continue until early-May, weather and operational dependent. 

 This closure will be in place to allow crews to perform slide repairs. A posted detour will be in place utilizing Route 51 (Pittsburgh Road), Route 4016 (Smock Road), Route 4026 (Main Street, Hurst Road, Rowes Run Smock Road), and Route 4007 (Rowes Run Road). 

 Crews from Plum Contracting will be performing the work.
