Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a paving project is set to begin next week on Route 6 in Delmar Township, Tioga County, between Route 287 and Heise Run Road.
The contractor, Glenn O Hawbaker, Inc., will begin the work Monday, August 18, 2025. Work will be completed during daylight hours and motorists can expect to encounter single lane conditions in the work zone.
Motorists should drive with caution in the area. This paving project is expected to be completed in mid-November 2025.
Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. is the prime contractor on this $1,400,000 project which includes base repairs, milling, minor drainage work, paving, guiderail, and other miscellaneous work.
