Vision
People with asthma in Pennsylvania achieve their best health.
Mission
Working together to achieve equity by:
- Creating healthy environments where people with asthma live, work, learn, and play.
- Increasing access to high quality guidelines-based medical care for people with asthma.
- Educating communities on how to support policies that protect the health of people with asthma.
- Engaging and empowering communities and individuals in all aspects of program decision-making and using data and proven strategies to improve asthma control and management.
The Pennsylvania Asthma Partnership (PAP) was re-formed in January 2021 and is made up of Department of Health staff, funded partners, and a broad group of agencies, organizations, and individuals. As membership is always changing, this list will be updated every six months. Below is a list of participating organizations grouped by service location.
