School Immunization Law Report (SILR)
Annual school immunization reporting must be entered between December 1 and 31 of each year via the SILR. View the SILR and additional resources.
Annual SILR webinar trainings occur in November. A link to scheduled trainings will be available on the SILR main page by early November. In addition, an online training is available at TRAIN PA using the keyword 'SILR'.
