Pipe Replacement Project Starts Next Week on Liberty Corners Road in Asylum Township, Bradford County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that starting next week there will be daily road closures on Liberty Corners Road (Route 2024) in Asylum Township, Bradford County, for a pipe replacement project.

Starting on Monday, May 19, 2025, Liberty Corners Road will be closed daily between Bride Road (Route 2020) and Marshview Road (Route 2017), while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew performs pipe replacements.

A detour using Bride Road and Marshview Road will be in place while work is being performed. Work will be performed during daylight hours. Work is anticipated to be completed on Friday, May 30, 2025, weather permitting. There will be no work performed on Monday, May 26.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
