Vision
People with asthma in Pennsylvania achieve their best health.
Mission
Working together to achieve equity by:
- Creating healthy environments where people with asthma live, work, learn, and play.
- Increasing access to high quality guidelines-based medical care for people with asthma.
- Educating communities on how to support policies that protect the health of people with asthma.
- Engaging and empowering communities and individuals in all aspects of program decision-making and using data and proven strategies to improve asthma control and management.
The Pennsylvania Asthma Partnership (PAP) was reformed in January 2021 and is made up of Department of Health staff, funded partners, and a broad group of agencies, organizations, and individuals.
