Route 4003 Albany Road Bridge Preservation Project Begins Next Week in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing single-lane restrictions on a portion of Route 4003 (Albany Road) where it crosses over Redstone Creek in Jefferson Township, Fayette County beginning Monday, September 29.

Daytime single-lane restrictions controlled by flaggers are anticipated to last through October. 

Crews from Gulisek Construction LLC will conduct work of the existing bridge deck to include concrete/joint repairs, milling and asphalt paving overlay.

This work is part of a larger $3.03 million infrastructure investment project to preserve eight bridge structures in Fayette and Westmoreland counties.
