Nighttime Work Planned for Route 832 in Millcreek Township

Continuing work to improve Route 832 (Peninsula Drive) will require some nighttime work to complete milling and paving from Route 5 (12th Street) to Waldameer Drive /Tom Ridge Center Drive in Millcreek Township, Erie County.

Continuing work to improve Route 832 (Peninsula Drive) will require some nighttime work to complete milling and paving from Route 5 (12th Street) to Waldameer Drive /Tom Ridge Center Drive in Millcreek Township, Erie County.

Nighttime work, including lane restrictions, is expected to take place between 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM starting on September 7, 2025. It is anticipated that work will take three weeks to complete.

Daytime work will also continue of the project which includes drainage and guiderail upgrades and paving near the entrance to Presque Isle State Park.

The Route 832 Corridor Project also includes safety improvements, such as ADA curb ramps, roadway markers, and new traffic signals.

The contractor is Lindy Paving, Inc. of New Galilee, PA. The contract cost is $6,362,805.45.
