7:00 PM UPDATE: Route 220 northbound is open in Woodward Township, Lycoming County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 220 northbound are closed at Front Street in Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, due to downed utilities.
A detour using Front Street is in place. Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for slow moving or stopped traffic, and drive with caution through the detour.
