Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT’s) Engineering District 12, and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), invites the public to participate in a Virtual Plans Display for the Route 1049 (Twin Lakes Park Road) over Branch of Little Crabtree Creek in Unity Township, Westmoreland County.
The purpose of this Virtual Plans Display is to provide information on the Route 1049 (Twin Lakes Park Road) over Branch of Little Crabtree Creek Bridge Replacement Project covering the improvements, impacts, traffic control, and anticipated schedule.
The project consists of the replacement of two existing structures that carry Route 1049 (Twin Lakes Park Road) over Branch of Little Crabtree Creek. This work is being performed by Department Force Crews.
To participate in the Virtual Plans Display visit PennDOT’s District 12 website under the Projects Near You and select Route 1049 Over Branch of Little Crabtree Creek. The materials will be on the website for the duration of the project. The public comment period is August 29 through September 12.
Project documents will be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested.
