Base Repair Project Next Week on Old Mill Road in Sullivan Township, Tioga County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a base repair project is scheduled to take place next week on Old Mill Road (Route 2031) in Sullivan Township, Tioga County.

Beginning Tuesday, July 22, 2025, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation maintenance crew will perform base repairs on the roadway between Old State Road (Route 2022) and Rumsey Hill Road. Work will be performed during daylight hours and is expected to be completed on Thursday, July 24, 2025, weather permitting.

Old Mill Road will be closed during the project hours due to the width of the equipment being used. A detour will be in place using Rumsey Hill Road, Mainesburg Road (Route 2029 and Old State Road.

Motorists should follow the signed detour and expect minor delays in travel.
