Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) alerted drivers that it posted a weight restriction of 18 tons on a Route 4004 (Straight Creek Road) bridge spanning Little Elk Fork in Shippen Township, Cameron County.
PennDOT posted this weight restriction following an inspection on June 24. This 27-foot structure, originally built in 1973, carries an average of 75 vehicles daily.
