Powells Valley Road Structure in Dauphin County Remains Closed

Road was expected to open today; more extensive repairs needed

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the structure on Powells Valley Road (Route 4013) at Price Road in Wayne Township, Dauphin County, will remain closed until further notice.

The structure, which was closed in early May for a repair project, was expected to open today. However, more extensive work is required, and the structure will remain closed until that work is completed.

A detour is in place using Route 225, Rutter Road (Route 4004) and Enders Road (Route 4001).

An updated press release will be issued when a new opening date is determined.
