Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pipe cleaning operations will begin next week on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, June 9, through Friday, June 27, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure with flagging will occur on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive between Montgomery Drive and Sweetbriar Drive.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because significant backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
