CSVT Southern Section Construction Update

Montoursville, PA –Construction continues on the Southern Section of the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation (CSVT) project. Motorists traveling near the intersections of Mill Road (Route 1014), Airport Road (Route 1015), and App Road (Route 1015), should expect travel delays next week for the setting of bridge beams in Monroe Township, Snyder County.

Traffic Delays

On Tuesday, August 26, 2025 and Wednesday, August 27, 2025, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM, the contractor, Walsh Construction Company, will be setting beams for the bridge that will carry CSVT over Mill Road. Motorists can expect intermittent traffic delays up to 15-minutes, near the intersections of Mill Road, Airport Road, and App Road while the beams are placed.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for slow moving or stopped traffic, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
