Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing scheduled single-lane restrictions on Route 119 (University Drive) in South Union Township, Fayette County, beginning Monday, April 7.
Anticipated through late May, crews from Swank Construction will be conducting pavement preservation between Route 2027 (Connellsville Street) and Route 1028 (Pechin Road)—an infrastructure investment of $7.78 million.
The scope of work includes concrete pavement repairs, asphalt joint repairs, new signs, pavement markings, and delineation.
All work depends on weather and operations.
Stay alert and drive cautiously through the work zones—safety is everyone's responsibility.
